Off The Row Recording Studio, located just a few miles outside of Nashville, is nestled in the Tennessee hills on eight acres of lush green pastures. As you drive into the property, the view sets the tone for a creative experience. There is the welcome sight of horses grazing in the field along side a winding gravel road that will lead you back. Ocean Way Nashville Recording Studios. Ocean Way Nashville operated as a church from the time it was built in 1911 until 1993, when it became a production center for televangelist Tony Alamo. The building was purchased by recording engineer Allen Sides in 1995, who transformed it into a recording studio. Belmont University bought the studio.
